Fiddlesticks Family Concerts

2020-21 Season Update: The Pittsburgh Symphony has canceled all in-person concerts through December 31, 2020. We will be moving forward with a reinvented 2020-21 season that will begin in the fall with newly created digital programming. When we solidify our in-person concert schedule, we will have tickets and subscription packages available for purchase. For the most up to date information regarding the 2020-21 season, click here.

Join Fiddlesticks and the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra for this season's Fiddlesticks Family Concerts! Come to all three Saturday concerts in Heinz Hall for a morning of musical fun in a relaxed, welcoming, and interactive environment. These concerts are recommended for families with children ages three to eight. Fiddlesticks, your musical ambassador, and guest vocalist Katy Williams will guide you through these musical adventures.

Fiddlesticks invites you to arrive at 10:00 a.m. to make sure you experience everything these concerts have to offer!

  • Learn the Fiddlesticks theme song, "Music Can Make Your Life Complete" with guest vocalist Katy Williams
  • Meet Pittsburgh Symphony musicians and ask them about their instruments
  • Move to music and explore rhythm
  • Make a craft to take home with you
  • Hear the full Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra at 11:15 a.m. when Fiddlesticks and the orchestra take the stage
  • Meet Fiddlesticks in the Grand Lobby after the concert

Fiddlesticks wants to make sure everyone feels welcome at these concerts!

A family restroom, Braille programs, a quiet room, fidgets, and noise-cancelling headphones are available at all Fiddlesticks concerts.
